Birmingham's boldest women

I'm Hannah, 23 years old and living in Birmingham. After graduating with a degree in Fashion Branding and Communication at Birmingham City University, I decided to continue my final major project and turn it into a business - Aila magazine. Aila is a fully illustrated magazine that aims to empower, educate and encourage women to be the best version of themselves. After embracing my self-love journey to improve my self-esteem and body confidence, I wanted to create something that could help other women do the same.

Aila is fully illustrated on purpose, so there is absolutely no room for comparison. There have been four issues of Aila so far and two online workshops on self-love and body neutrality. It's such a privilege to be part of Brum's Boldest Women, as Birmingham is my hometown, and I know how many incredible women there are here, so it's an honour to be nominated.
