Be your personal best (PB)

Nicholas is a professional actor.

“If I was to tell you what my personal best achievement would be, I’d have to say graduating with my MBA in International Business, because it was so different from what I’d formerly done. It was a test of my character. It introduced me to ethics and leadership, and things that I’m passionate about today, and it’s told me that I am capable of anything.

I’m proud of this achievement - not because it was an academic achievement, but because when I went down to London and attended drama school, I was told I wasn’t very good, and that I would never amount to anything.

Coming back here restored my confidence in myself and that’s the reason why that achievement and the fact that it was in Birmingham is very, very significant for me.”
